Becci is a character in the novel Final Destination: Dead Reckoning. She is one of the fatalities of the Club Kitty accident and is the girlfriend of Eric Prescott. As Becci was watching the band The Vipers perform at the club, the lead singer, Jessica Golden, had a premonition of the club collapsing due to a misfired bullet. According to Jamie, Becci used to date him, but somewhere along the line, Eric stole her away from him.
Death
After seeing a premonition of the club collapsing, Jess is hauled outside the club by Sebastian Lebecque for creating a huge stir and saying the club will collapse and kill everyone inside. Becci is among those who stay behind and perish when the club finally does collapse, just as Jess thought it would.
Signs/Clues
- In Jess's vision of the club collapsing, Becci was killed when she was caught up in a fleeing audience and crushed underneath falling mortar and bricks. Since she didn't leave, it can be assumed she died in the same fashion.
- On her way to the club, Jess spots a homeless man nearby, doing his own spastic dance. She and the other survivors of the collapse would have several more encounters with this vagrant, who is implicated as having foreseen the club collapse along with Jess.
- While waiting in line to get into the club, Jess notices the "Enter Here" sign above the entrance has been defaced, with "Abandon fate, all ye who" having been scrawled on top of the sign.
- Inside the club, Jess is approached by Ben, who comments on how lame the club is. Jess agrees, responding that taking TNT to the place and completely demolishing it would be an improvement.
