God (also called Yahweh and Jehovah) is the Creator of the Universe, Heaven and Earth, as well as the Creator of Humanity according to the Christian Religion and a Notable Figure in Final Destination, alongside Death.
Final Destination
Upon boarding Flight 180, George Waggner, Tod Waggner's older brother, after seeing a crying baby next to its mother and a man with Lou Gehrig's disease next to his asistant on the plane, commented that "It'd take a fucked-up God to bring down this plane."
Unfortunately for George, after Alex Browning's vision, the plane malfunctions and explodes, killing all the passengers who were still on board.
The Final Destination
After failing to rescue Jonathan Groves at the Hospital, Nick O'Bannon and George Lanter set out to find Lori Milligan and Janet Cunningham. On the way, George tells Nick that his wife said Deja Vu was a sign from God, before an ambulance ran him over at full speed, destroying him completely and without Nick being able to save him despite his premonitions.
Trivia
- Although it is not confirmed, fans theorize that God is responsible for giving so-called "Visionaries" their Premonitions so that they can try to deceive and evade Death.
