finaldestination

Constable Wagg is a character in the novel Final Destination: Destination Zero. He is a boatman along with his brother.

Biography

As they are sailing and drinking tea around a fire, both of them hear a loud splash in the distance and quickly rush over to investigate. Wagg vaguely notices a white blotch in the water and sticks a pole out in order to retrieve the item. The brothers are surprised to find that it's the body of a young woman named Juliet Collins, who had just plummeted into the Thames River. Wagg checks for a pulse and feels a faint heartbeat, indicating she's still alive. The brothers take turns giving the girl CPR and, after prying the severed hand of Jack the Ripper away and giving her mouth-to-mouth, Juliet is resuscitated.

Wagg later appears at Gilbert Collins' house, where Juliet thanks him for bringing her back to life.
