finaldestination

I can't cheat death anymore myself. I don't want to. But I can break the cycle. I can stop its design... ruin its plan. It's going to end today. You know how that old saying goes. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

–The Narrator as he prepares to end his life.

The narrator is the protagonist of the comic Final Destination: Sacrifice. He is the visionary and a survivor of multiple disasters, including a Bus Terminal pileup and a factory and gas station explosion. He is married to Emma, with whom he has three kids (One named Billy and two daughters with unknown names). He also serves as the protagonist of the comic.

Biography

He and his best friend Jim are stopping for a bus at the bus terminal, but before he gets on, he envisions a deadly pileup that would occur on a bridge, killing everyone on board the bus. He is unable to get anyone off the bus as he is escorted away. The Narrator learns about the pile-up later on the same day, horrified, but believing he was lucky. He tries to continue his life as normal, still keeping a memory of Jim.

He goes back to work one day, when he has another vision of a Factory Explosion. This time, he manages to get four coworkers out before the building explodes. Afterwards, they return to their normal lives. Unfortunately, three of the co-workers he saved die in freak accidents. The Narrator tracks down Worker 4 at a train station, only for the worker to run away, telling him to stay away from him. Narrator desperately tries to tell him he's next, but it's too late, as Worker 4 accidentally runs into the path of a speeding train. Due to these events, the Narrator becomes an outcast from society as people avoid him. Sometime later, he plans to meet up with his family at a diner on I-80. But, during the night, he dreams of a deadly explosion that would occur there, killing him and his family.

The Narrator is the only survivor of the Bus Terminal Pileup and the fifth and final survivor of the Factory Explosion to die.

Death

He calls up Emma asking if they could meet a week later, as he says he isn't feeling well, and then prepares to hang himself, in hopes that his death would save his family.
